This is me, Gena, your travel partner.. Welcome back to my blog!!!

Yeah, I share everything that I love for sure
Since 2015, I start my professional duty in a travel agency in Bali
I got a lot of knowledge about how to manage a travel based on budget, search the best accommodation suitable and of course about the beautiful tourism spot in Bali.
Not only got experience as a travel planner, now I work at a wonderful hotel near beach in Bali. Here, I learn how to manage a reservation and enquiry start from the begining, how to handle complain, make them happy with our best offer until they check out.
Actually the most thing I do is as a back stage operator (reservation department), but since I can speak French, I got opportunity to meet directly with the guests sometimes if they couldn't speak English.
Perhaps my daily activities above is not a perfect background to ensure you a good deal as your expectation. Therefore I will be very opened for any critic, comment and support for a better development of this blog.
